The truck I ordered came in and Scott had been in constant contact with me keeping me updated on the location of my vehicle. Scott made the process easy for me. Had a great experience at Allen Turner Chevrolet. Scott, Justin, and Danny were awesome! Scott was very helpful made me feel welcome, and not rushed. I contacted the dealership about a New Bolt EUV that was hard to find. They did not have any available. However, when they did have one available I was contacted and a time was set up to test drive it. With hard to find. They did not have any available. However, when they did have one available I was contacted and a time was set up to test drive it. Within 24 hours of the test drive the vehicle is now in our driveway and we were able to get a trade in value and a price on the new vehicle that we could all be happy with. They walked us through the features and the charging of the new EUV. I will shop at this dealership again in the future. More

My husband decided to take his new truck into service and ran into Scott at the sales department. They where chatting for awhile about all the things he wished his truck had and scott with his impressive kno ran into Scott at the sales department. They where chatting for awhile about all the things he wished his truck had and scott with his impressive knowledge about trucks and pricing he now sold my husband another new truck which he loves. Like when I say loves I mean he drives around the neighborhood so all the neighbors can be jealous about his “sweet ride” he got from Scott at Allen turner. I brought a vehicle in for service early Monday before the sales associates were scheduled to arrive. My intent was to walk the lot and look for a possible upgrade. However, Scott was in early and guided me in the direction of what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable in the different trim options and what they offered. He knew what was on the lot and projected to arrive. Later that day we agreed on numbers and a trade. The process was transparent and flowed well from start to finish.
