We had never owned a Volkswagen before but were thinking about either a Jetta or Passat. Scott thoroughly and patiently explained the feature and options on both cars and made sure we test drove them. Because of him, we were very impressed with Volkswagen's engineering and, ultimately, bought a Passat R-LIne.
