Another excellent buying experience at Truck City Ford. This was my fourth vehicle purchase since December with excellent customer service from all employees at each purchase. Jeremy, John Jones and Stephen were always courteous and very informative anytime I asked a question regarding the status of my F250 King Ranch order. Once my truck arrived Stephen was at the forefront keeping me apprised of prep status and options installation. On delivery day Stephen anticipated my needs, took the initiative and handled all situations without prompting. Excellent customer service. Kevin provided a down to earth explanation of all of all settings/options. Anita was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me to purchase optional add-ons. Truck City Ford has an excellent customer centric team who really care about the car buying experience. All my future purchases will be with this dealership! More

Took a competitive offer to them and they failed to match it, after insisting I needed to be there. Truck City Ford is an outstanding, no high pressure and very personable dealership. While waiting 874 days for my Bronco to arrive, anytime I had a question about the process, I could call and they treated very personable dealership. While waiting 874 days for my Bronco to arrive, anytime I had a question about the process, I could call and they treated me like I was their only customer. During the purchasing process, there was no hidden back and forth between salesman and sales manager. No closed door offices…no keeping us in the dark about what was going on. All conversations were handled in our presence. Very relaxed process and great experience. We would both recommend TCF over any of the big city Ford dealerships, hands down. Now, allow me to express my dissatisfaction with Ford Motor Co. What an absolute fiasco. As mentioned above, 874 days. From the time I placed my order until I took delivery!! Unacceptable. All the while, Ford made me change my order, not once…but twice, telling me that they couldn’t produce mine for one reason or another, while they rolled out the Lightning truck, the Heritage Edition Bronco and the Bronco Raptor. Their online updates we very slow to the point I wish they hadn’t started sending them. I could go on and on, but why…you get the point. Do better Ford!! More
