While waiting 874 days for my Bronco to arrive, anytime I had a question about the process, I could call and they treated very personable dealership. During the purchasing process, there was no hidden back and forth between salesman and sales manager. No closed door offices…no keeping us in the dark about what was going on. All conversations were handled in our presence. Very relaxed process and great experience. We would both recommend TCF over any of the big city Ford dealerships, hands down. Now, allow me to express my dissatisfaction with Ford Motor Co. What an absolute fiasco. As mentioned above, 874 days. From the time I placed my order until I took delivery!! Unacceptable. All the while, Ford made me change my order, not once…but twice, telling me that they couldn’t produce mine for one reason or another, while they rolled out the Lightning truck, the Heritage Edition Bronco and the Bronco Raptor. Their online updates we very slow to the point I wish they hadn’t started sending them. I could go on and on, but why…you get the point. Do better Ford!! More

He showed me several vehicles that were in my price range and let me test drive one all the way up to Riata F Salesman Freddie Brown was top notch. Vehicle purchasing can be stressful and time consuming, Freddie walked me through the whole process and made it rather enjoyable. Jeremy Harper and Zac Khan, sales managers, also assisted and were very easy to work with. Anita Trevino in warranty helped me select the most cost-effective policy and did not attempt to over sell the product.
