We have had the Pleasure of having Jordan Shein get us into the latest of 5 leases that he has worked with us at Hassett Ford. Jordan is extremely fair and professional and that is why we came back to him into the latest of 5 leases that he has worked with us at Hassett Ford. Jordan is extremely fair and professional and that is why we came back to him. He walks you through the process and recognizes your loyalty to him and the dealership. We weren't sure we would lease due to the lack of inventory and also our car was under mileage and in very good condition; but at the end of the day after going over the numbers and seeing we were spending about the same on a 3-year-old car vs. a brand new 2022 lease. It was a little scary to agree to ordering a 2022 without any available to see but Jordan knew what appealed to us in a car and he nailed it with our order. We also recommend the service department, very accommodating with their appointments and very professional as well! More

You may get a good deal when buying a car or truck from them but do not ever bring it back to them for service. They do not answer numerous phone messages and do properly repair issues with your vehicle Th them but do not ever bring it back to them for service. They do not answer numerous phone messages and do properly repair issues with your vehicle They had my vehicle for a total of 6 months and did not repair it. I had to bring it to another Ford dealer. I was also told by Ford customer service to take it to another dealer If I could give a lower rating then 5 stars I would !! More
