I love this dealership. I took my truck in for a recall and they offered me a Uber to get me home while they fixed my vehicle. The communication between the customer and the dealership can't be compared to and they offered me a Uber to get me home while they fixed my vehicle. The communication between the customer and the dealership can't be compared to any other place I have been. I will always bring my truck here for repairs. More

Tho I am neutral on the dealership as a whole,not all the service writers are customer friendly nor overly accommodating as they need be, especially when the vehicle has been purchased there, and has the bes service writers are customer friendly nor overly accommodating as they need be, especially when the vehicle has been purchased there, and has the best warranty. Tho all are entitled to excellent service, how about a little more respect to those that chose Joe Rizza? Not all services shud be charged in full to the Rizza customer, maybe a 10% discount for Rizza loyalty. I am usually upset when my appointment is over . . feel placated. Find this stress unique to Rizza. More

I have a 2016 f350 diesel. I did not buy the vehicle from joe Rizzo but I have had all my service completed with them. My service advisors have always been either Scott or Tom Mackey. Both of these guys have joe Rizzo but I have had all my service completed with them. My service advisors have always been either Scott or Tom Mackey.
