I had an issue with my 2019 F250. Engine light was on and hard starting. I contacted my service advisor Scott Sciaky at Rizza Ford. He was able to get me set up with an appointment quickly. The trouble was diagnosed by the technician Mark and my truck was repaired in a timely manner under warranty. Mark also did a recall service on my truck.
