Service Dept was great and 5 stars, but I cannot believe many of your sales staff do NOT wear masks. Extremely disappointing and very concerning. I had to leave the service waiting area as a customer came i many of your sales staff do NOT wear masks. Extremely disappointing and very concerning. I had to leave the service waiting area as a customer came in, took off her mask and was going to eat. I walked to the dealership side chairs and was horrified when I walked in to find that at least 4-5 sales people were NOT wearing masks with at least two others covering just their mouths - their noses exposed. I ended up sitting outside as I did not feel comfortable or safe. Everyone in the service area was masked and extremely friendly. More

After finding what the problem was that caused one of our tires to be losing air, they stated that we needed to purchase a new tire. Since they did not have the needed tire in stock, they provided us a ride tires to be losing air, they stated that we needed to purchase a new tire. Since they did not have the needed tire in stock, they provided us a ride home. They obtained the needed tire the next day and again provided us a ride back to the service department. More
