I want to thank Coulter Infiniti for making my service visit GREAT! It all started when my kid got stuck on the side of the road, she call the service department and EVERYONE was super friendly and attent visit GREAT! It all started when my kid got stuck on the side of the road, she call the service department and EVERYONE was super friendly and attentive! They turned a very stressful situation into a very manageable one. The customer service is 2nd to none, if you are looking for a dealership that cares about their customers and will do what they say they are going to do Coulter Infiniti is the place. Scott is awesome! Professional, Excellent Listener, Incredibly Knowledgeable of Vehicles & Service Options, Solutions Oriented, and a Great Communicator. I was vastly overcharged and their findings were totally unfounded. The codes the have us were not the codes we found before my car went to them and are not the codes we found today. They wanted to replace unfounded. The codes the have us were not the codes we found before my car went to them and are not the codes we found today. They wanted to replace the motor for $14,000 instead of fixing the real problem and they charged over$900 to tell me these ridiculous findings. I have it being fixed as we speak More

I bought my last vehicle and my current vehicle from Coulter Infiniti. Continue to go to Coulter for all of my car maintenance needs despite it being 15 miles from my home. So I think that speaks volume Coulter Infiniti. Continue to go to Coulter for all of my car maintenance needs despite it being 15 miles from my home.
