Informative, Helpful, and Polite Jay was my salesman, and he was very helpful, informative, and polite. Also, I really love my Certified Prius Toyota. Quick and Easy, but not a lot of friendliness They were great with negotiating price. The car is immaculate. Looks new. The entire transaction took maybe two hours verses a full day like some dealership experiences. The sales person was not overly excited or friendly. Didn't say much, didn't communicate much. That may be because we knew exactly what we wanted when we got there. He was not rude in any way. The finance department person that we had to deal with was a bit rude after we turned down his extended warranty and gap insurance. He also told us that the manuafactorers power train warranty does not carry over to second owners. We checked on our own and that is not true. More
