Our ONLY disappointment was that we could not locate our Rewards card and you do not allow the service dept. to look it up online to find out. So we could not use our points that day. Not sure where our car Rewards card and you do not allow the service dept. to look it up online to find out. So we could not use our points that day. Not sure where our card went. We thought that as long as it was online, you could find it. We are low tech seniors. Had our iPhone with us but lacked the ability to get to the rewards' site & find out the answer. We just know that before coming to our service appt., we'd received an email from Matthews. I went online to set up the appt. While doing that (on our home computer, not on phone), it stated that we had over 400 points. You should trust your service personnel to access our account. We have nothing to hide. More

Scott was right on the ball and explained what was going on with my truck and GMC. Although very little was accomplished, I know that when the parts are in and the code issue resolved your guys will do all on with my truck and GMC.
