I broke down on I-5 about 100 miles from Bakersfield BMW on a Sunday night with temps over 100. Bad ratings for AAA, (3 hours) I got my car to BMW around 8:30 am on Monday. They were friendly and knowledgeable, especially Scott Sutton. They diagnosed the problem ordered the needed part and had my 15 year old car on the road the next morning. I only lost 1 day and the car ran well after I picked it up with a outside temp of 108 and me heading over the grapevine It allowed me to see my Naval Academy grandson on schedule in San Diego.
