I will never do business with this service department again - unless I have to (I just bought a Ranger Rover so I guess I have to). This Service Department is terrible. If I had it to do over again, I would NOT purchase a car there., having to use the service department. It's TOO LONG a story for me to waste my time telling it - unless a manager (not of the service dept) calls me. More

The staff are friendly and helpful. I do feel your discounts should already be applied on my account or a QR code instead of a paper copy fit not anything for environment purposes. I brought in my car unannounced and was quickly welcomed by Scott Tierney who performed my vehicle intake and provided me several options. Jorge was professional yet personable. A rare combination in any business situation. The only other service agent I ever worked with at the dealership was Scott.
