The rating that these guys got is that their service was great. Why because they where up front with everything from customer service to helping Dottie Reaser get into the right type of car and no hassel to great. We did an online application and Steve called the very next day and said come on down we can work with you. Then he introuduced Scott to Dottie and he found her the right car to get in and out of due to Dotties bad hip. These guys where on point and got me what i wanted. I went to braun daub kia in easton,pa and to be blunt the service was not great at all. They said i would need a co-signer and all that making it very hard to get what Dottie wanted. Told braun daub to forget it and went from bad service to Great service at kelly nissian in easton,pa. yeah i made the right decision. I had a lot of problems, expired insurance, expired registration, and Scott worked with me, even on days off, to get me registered and driving home in a new car. The only part of the experience I would change is putting more control in the salesman's hands. He had to refer to someone else on every detail, from price and financing to registration. He was forced to walk to a different building several times to talk to someone else. But that's management's mistake, not the salesman's. More

The two employees that my wife and I worked with were excellent. Scott made the experience of buying a car seamless and simple.
