My name is Scott Tophoney, and I’ve been in the automobile business for over 16 years, the past six years at Kelly Risk free. Working for the Kellys has made the past six years very enjoyable. I’ve developed a method of selling here that truly benefits the customer. I’ve never worked in a dealership that gives customers a 3-day option on keeping the vehicle or returning it if you’re not completely satisfied. I’ve lived in the Lehigh Valley all my life, and am a proud graduate of Phillipsburg High School. The rating that these guys got is that their service was great. Why because they where up front with everything from customer service to helping Dottie Reaser get into the right type of car and no hassel to great. We did an online application and Steve called the very next day and said come on down we can work with you. Then he introuduced Scott to Dottie and he found her the right car to get in and out of due to Dotties bad hip. These guys where on point and got me what i wanted. I went to braun daub kia in easton,pa and to be blunt the service was not great at all. They said i would need a co-signer and all that making it very hard to get what Dottie wanted. Told braun daub to forget it and went from bad service to Great service at kelly nissian in easton,pa. yeah i made the right decision. To Scott and Steve you made Dottie Reasers day with the 2010 chevy malibu. thanks you guys at kelly. keep up the great customer service. More

I had a lot of problems, expired insurance, expired registration, and Scott worked with me, even on days off, to get me registered and driving home in a new car. The only part of the experience I would change is putting more control in the salesman's hands. He had to refer to someone else on every detail, from price and financing to registration. He was forced to walk to a different building several times to talk to someone else. But that's management's mistake, not the salesman's. More

The two employees that my wife and I worked with were excellent. Scott made the experience of buying a car seamless and simple.
