There was no sense of hurry or pressure to buy anything, including extended warranties (though they were kind to explain them in detail so we knew of their potential utility) or the gimmicks that are so often pushed to boost commission on a sale. The dealership took great effort to procure the color and interior we were looking for, even sending someone to make a 5+ hour drive to swap it with another car for a very reasonable extra expense. More
