Waste of my time I was in contacts via email with a salesman, throughout our emails I told him 3 different times what I needed the price to be and he kept reassuring I was in contacts via email with a salesman, throughout our emails I told him 3 different times what I needed the price to be and he kept reassuring me that “it seemed reasonable and they should be able to make it happen”. I drove 3 hours round trip and left without a new car. They were friendly but friendly only gets you so far. They priced my car $2500 under what another dealership offered and wouldn’t come off of thier price. If there wasn’t a chance of them getting down to the price I said I needed it would have been noce to know. It took time away from my family, a waste of gas and put even more miles on my car. More

We decided that it was probably time to buy a new vehicle and trade in our Toyota 4Runner. I looked at many different midsize SUVs (crossovers) and decided on a Honda CR-V. I did some research and found a local Honda dealer here in Bartlesville. When I showed up at the dealership, I had the pleasure of being greeted by Scott Upton. Scott answered all my questions and even offered helpful suggestions to things I hadn't thought of. He let me test drive a 2018 CR-V. It was a great vehicle so I decided that it was worth more investigation. During my research, I had more questions, more questions and more questions. Scott welcomed all my questions and answered every one of them. I never felt any pressured nor did I ever feel that I was becoming an annoyance. While I was at the dealership, I always felt like his most important customer. Josh Matney, the Sales Manager, was very friendly and sincere. He helped in the process of getting us the exact CR-V with the options we wanted. Domynik Kvedys, the Finance Manager, helped us decide on the best finance plan for paying for our CR-V. He truly had our best interests in mind with no extraneous sales pitches. I got a fair price on the CR-V and a fair trade-in on my 4Runner. I recommend Scott Upton (and the rest of the staff at Honda of Bartlesville) without hesitation or any reservation. I will recommend him to anyone I meet who is interested in buying a Honda. More

Awesome, personalized service! I had just arrived in Tulsa from New York City and wanted to buy a new car since I didn't have one while I lived in NY. Scott Upton arranged for a driver (Don, the nicest man ever with great stories!) to come from Bartlesville to pick me up in Tulsa (about a 45 minute drive) and take me to the dealership. Scott had the car I was interested in out front and ready for me to test drive. When I encountered hiccups with my planned car insurance company, Scott was extremely patient during this process and recommended a local State Farm office for the car insurance that was very efficient and easy to work with. Dominik clearly explained financial considerations/extended warrantees with my purchase and allowed me to pay for my car with a personal check. As a bonus, Dominik and Scott recommended local places of interest to check out in Bartlesville and OK more generally. Scott sat with me in the car and carefully explained all of the computerized features of the car, and asked me to call or email him with any questions. I am so grateful for the awesome, personalized service I received at this dealership. For my future car purchases I plan to return to this dealership. More

Scott Upton listened to what we wanted and pointed us in the right direction without making us feel like we were taking up his time. After we decided on the 2017 Accord, we left a deposit on the vehicle for the weekend because we were going out of town. We made an appointment to return on Monday morning to finish the purchase. Scott and Dominykas were ready for us and the process went quickly. Scott also spent time with us going over our new "rocket ship" with all the bells and whistles. More
