I have been very pleased with all my experiences there (as have several of my friends). I returned to purchase another CRV this year, and again have had a satisfying experience. I have high regard for the sales, business, and maintenance staff. They listen to your needs, and are friendly, helpful, patient, and informative. I especially appreciate Scott Upton’s willingness to intermittently “tutor” me in the use of the technology in the 2017 CRV, which is several steps ahead of the 2014 model that I owned. Non-techies like me value that kind of support! Without reservation, I would recommend Honda of Bartlesville to anyone considering purchasing an automobile. More
