We were only planning to “start looking” and thought car shopping would take weeks. This was the very first dealership we visited and we ended up buying a car the same day. That truly says everything. David Tolbert was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. There was no pressure at all. just honest guidance and excellent customer service. We were greeted at the door with a big smile, which immediately set the tone for a great experience. The manager Justin and Mike from the finance department also came out personally to introduce themselves. what an amazing team they have! It truly felt different from a typical car buying experience, in the best possible way. The whole team made us feel valued and appreciated. After doing my research, I can confidently say they gave us the BEST DEAL. Everything was transparent, smooth, and completely stress free. We are excited to share our experience with family and friends, and I will absolutely recommend Parkway Toyota of Boston to anyone I know. If I could give 10 stars, I would! More

Great service, price was above Msrp from covid unfortunately, but I understand. Came in using my own bank for loan, the first finance guy I used seemed annoyed after I wouldn’t use Toyota credit ( unfortunately, but I understand. Second one (who actually finished the transaction) was very helpful and informative, despite me declining the extra warranty and other add-ons.
