DO NOT GO HERE-leased a new truck and was not given any paperwork. Called and asked for it, the girl said to talk the guy who did my lease. They sold me a F150 after I leave the dealer I did not drive 1.5 miles for the car to present a problem on the transmission I returned they took 5 five days to repair a brand new car with 0 miles , after that the transmission still had loud noises and slipping and hesitating gears . I asked them to repair they said those noises were normal on the new 2018 F150 . As that was not enough they did a deal with me that they would take my 2016 F150 lease and I would get this piece of xxxx F150 2018 , after I signed the contract they send me a extra bill of $2150,00 . BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PEOPLE !!! DONT TRUST ON THEM THEY WILL SCAM YOU More

Disappointed So I want to start off by saying at first I was really happy because I was able to get my car the same day I wanted it while I test drove the car it w So I want to start off by saying at first I was really happy because I was able to get my car the same day I wanted it while I test drove the car it was the sound coming from the rear tires so they assured me that they would check the car before final buying. When they check the car they told me one of the tires and to come back in a couple of days and they will fix it so I took the car home then I noticed a crack in the windshield anyways the day of bringing the car in for service they didn’t even want to fix my windshield but they said they would and they would fix my tire now here we are not even a month later and I’m getting ready to go on vacation and I’m noticing that the sound never left so I leave my car with my family mechanic over Acacian and I come back today to a $600 bill because I needed two new tires in a brand new wheel bearing that was still done he didn’t even think they looked at my car while at shop or changed any tire. I should not be paying $600 for a brand new car that I just got a month and a half ago I’m super disappointed especially because my whole family buys my cars from this dealership and they know us very well we will not be going back ever again More
