Great experience with MB Naples - twice! I bought an E450 Coupe only to lose it to hurricane Ian. So I bought another one a couple months later. Jim Conlin handled both transactions. Joe Politi is a true representative of what customer service should look like. He was very respectful of our wants and needs for a new car. He continually asked what and/or how he could help us.
