***Update**** since my last review below and giving a one star. Seigler Hyundai has come back and did what I feel is right on the what happened the previous day. I was happy with how we were able to work t star. Seigler Hyundai has come back and did what I feel is right on the what happened the previous day. I was happy with how we were able to work together and we are now owners of a new Hyundai. I feel how things went today would have been worthy of a 5 star if this is as the first time in and going they the buying, but since the trouble the night before I could not give a 5 star. Worst car buying experience ever. Had received a price match via text with internet sales rep, Gabby. Got there and found a bait and switch tactic used. They couldn't actually match that price due to re match via text with internet sales rep, Gabby. Got there and found a bait and switch tactic used. They couldn't actually match that price due to rebates we weren't eligible for. So we reluctantly agreed after hours of painful negotiations to purchase the car after doing a test drive. First time we got it home and opened the hatch, it started making klunking noises from the rear hatch over bumps. Asked about return policy within the 3 day window, was told no. So we took it to service and after 3 attempts, issue is still same. Racine wouldn't even answer my messages about any of this. It took them nearly a month to even send floormats, they forgot. The door handle was scratched, so they sent a replacement, but failed to paint it so now my local dealership says it cant be put on because racine was supposed to handle the painting. They wont respond to those requests either. The entire process was shady and I should have just walked away. Now I'm stuck with a klunking car that i absolutely hate because hyundai wont fix it under normal warranty. This is a design/ manufacturing flaw that should have been taken care of. I found numerous other people with the same exact issue. I shouldn't be left on my own to deal with this. Somebody with hyundai should have stepped in. My only option at this point is to sell it at auction for a huge loss after having it for only 1 month. Wisconsin lemon law doesnt apparently cover noise issues. Racine should have stood by their product at the moment I raised the issue. Any other dealer would have given a buyer 3 days on a major purchase like this. Hyundai refuses to buy it back also. Please avoid my experience and stay far away from this dealership. Shop somewhere you have in writing a 90 day return policy. You never know what issues will arise. More

Great price/people - but fees piled up. We live an hour away from this dealership but had been looking around for an inexpensive lower mileage manual transmission vehicle. We found one on Cargurus from Racine Hyundai and so we set up an appointment to drive down to see it. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and overall very helpful. The vehicle was decent - drove well and in okay condition based on the year. One thing we noticed is that they didn't post any side shots of the car on advertisement/cargurus page. We saw why when we finally inspected the vehicle - it had some heavy rust spots just behind both front wheels and a small dent on the passenger side. Also the ads list an inflated "original/retail" price not really even close to anything KBB or Edmunds would list and then they have a "discounted" almost in half or more price so you think you are getting a great deal. While the discounted price is competitive and fair once you see the fees you realize what they are doing. Normally, I am accustomed to at least the tax, title, license fees of an additional $175-200 depending on the price of the vehicle but even though we came in for a car listed as $2995 they weren't going to let us leave for nearly $1000 more than that. Definitely, not in our budget. We were ultimately able to get them to come down to a more manageable $3600. While they do list the $299 service fee there seems to be some other $299 fee that I never really completely understood. It would probably be best if they could somehow communicate how much the out the door cost is going to be so folks knew what they were going to be working with. I honestly felt bad for the salesman who I felt was having to make excuses for the ownerships tacking on of fees. He never spoke badly about the dealership/owner but with the price of the car we were getting tacking on another $750-1000 is substantial and hard to explain in the end. So far we are pleased with the purchase and hope this will be a vehicle that fits our needs well in the long run. More
