Awesome Experience! I was looking for used cars through my bank's website. DCH Kay Honda popped up with the car that I had been looking for. I was able to make an appoi I was looking for used cars through my bank's website. DCH Kay Honda popped up with the car that I had been looking for. I was able to make an appointment for the following evening to see and test drive it. Around 2 pm the next day, I received a call to confirm the car was still available and they were getting it ready for me to see. I drove an hour and a half to see this car. I was greeted by the receptionist and my sales person, Scott. Scott was very helpful and professional. Him and Pat were able to beat my bank's interest rate and get me a good deal on my car. They were able to get the monthly payments that I wanted as well! Overall, very happy with my experience and definitely recommend it to anyone! More

Lease Buyout This is now my third time dealing with Scott- twice for me personally, once I went for a friend. He could not have been more accommodating to my needs This is now my third time dealing with Scott- twice for me personally, once I went for a friend. He could not have been more accommodating to my needs; I told him I was interested in buying out my lease and wanted to do it for as little as possible out of pocket and he could not have been more helpful. He ran the numbers and we came up with something that was totally reasonable and that made me happy that we weren't haggling back and forth. When I went into the finance office and sat with Dan he could not have been more patient with me as he explained every detail of the contract I was signing to make sure I knew what was covered under my warranty, etc. If you want a hassle-free experience please go see Scott- he's wonderful with explaining options and has a great sense of humor to make sure you don't get too stressed out in the car buying process. When that lease came to it’s end I could not wait to return to my dealership and get back into a Honda. For whatever reason, it didn’t feel right there anymore so I chose Kay and couldn’t have been more satisfied! I met with Scott and from the beginning to driving away with my new car I had a very nice experience. He was professional and listened to what I wanted then took the time to do just that.
