Truthfully, this has been an outstanding car buying experience, my salesman Scott Wendling, was the best, he went above, and beyond his salesman duties to make sure I drove away in a new 2017 Honda Civic EX Sedan. I also met the Supervisor of the salesmen team, he walked over and congratulated me twice, and shook my hand, once I was accepted with the financing. I would also like to mention Amy, she was very nice to me, and gave me the best possible price for this car, which lead to a meeting with Scott Wendling. The retail price for this car was $2,266.00 below the sticker price, which I feel is a very good deal since a consumer will rarely, get a sales price on a Honda, except for when the 2018 Honda's are coming in next month. I will continue to get my vehicle serviced at this dealership because I am treated with the utmost respect, and everyone is so friendly to me, this staff is made up of good people, and good people aren't always this easy to find!!! More

I was looking for a very specific make/model and contacted multiple dealersh Fantastic experience from start to finish buying a new car from DCH Kay. I was looking for a very specific make/model and contacted multiple dealerships. Christina contacted me with a great price and was very helpful. In the dealership, Scott was very straightforward about the buying process. He didn't have the car that I wanted that wasn't a demo. He was never pushy about trying to lock down the sale. He said he would try to find one for me and keep me informed. During this time I visited 4 other dealerships, all of which couldn't match the price or had me out the door with pushy tactics. After a few leads Scott contacted me about (keeping me in the loop without spamming me with phone calls), he found the car i was looking for at a great price. Went back to the dealership, checked out the car and drove it home that day. Scott and Ray made the process there easy, all with skipping the nonsense of running up the price while they had me at the dealership (which I was kind of prepared for). Great price on a new car with great customer service as a bonus. Would definitely recommend. More
