My father is not the easiest customer to deal with but Scott did a wonderful job and took everything in stride. He worked with me and gave us a fantastic deal and stuck to the numbers he gave us. He followed up with me often before we picked up the car and tried to give us an expedited experience by getting as much paperwork done as possible prior to my coming in for the car. He had everything set up and when we went outside to look at the car, I noticed some smudge marks. Scott himself went out while we were finishing up with the financial people to clean all the small marks off. He was courteous, helpful, and honest. I could not have asked for a better experience. My wife and I were on two different pages and he showed great patience until we agreed on a decision which took a couple of days. We test drove several cars and decided to buy a used 2011 Pilot. The car was in great shape and he gave us a very good deal. Armando Lopez was our finance guy and was able to sweeten the deal with a great warranty and a lower rate than expected. He accomplished all of this with great efficiency and in only 15 minutes. Both of these guys are assets to DCH Honda and we highly recommend Them both. More

Honda Civic EX I went into the Honda Dealership in Eatontown, just to look. Scott met me at the door and I told him what I was looking for, not knowing anything abo I went into the Honda Dealership in Eatontown, just to look. Scott met me at the door and I told him what I was looking for, not knowing anything about a Honda. I never had a Honda. He listened, very important, then talked to me calmly, without pressure, showing me the Civic. I test drove 2 cars and Scott was patient, showing me the details of the car. They are awesome. But what was more awesome was that Scott didn't pressure me and let me take my time in making a decision. They also worked with me on the financial end of it to make me feel comfortable with the payment. Everyone I encountered was very accommodating and friendly. Even after I bought the car and the dealership was closing, Scott took me out to my new car and showed me how to work all the programs so I could drive the car home in confidence. He went above and beyond. I would certainly recommend Scott and this dealership to my friends who are looking for a car. More
