"Fantastic treatment "
I have a brand new Explorer that had a tire issue shortly after purchasing it. I went to 5 Star Ford in NRH without an appointment but was greeted immediately and my tire was replaced within an hour or so. The service manager was very helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be back.

My wife had just received her 2009 Mustang from the body shop. She notice that there was bolt embedded in one of her tires. the body shop manager recommended that she go to the service dept to get the tired repaired. Abby and Scott went out their way to repair the tire in a timely manner so she can make her appointment in time. Ohh did I mention my wife pick the car up at 5:30pm from the Body Shop and her appointment was at 7pm and Five Star did not charge her for the tire repair and she made her 7pm appointment.

From the moment my wife and I arrived looking for a specific truck, Jim Fairweather was astute and made the buying experience a pleasure. During the financing Anthony Snyder,a well informative and easy going but an attentive attitude made the purchase enjoyable. Once purchased there was verious work that had to be done on the truck, which all service staff made the transition from working on our vehicle to completion of work very quick and easy. When we buy another vehicle, it will no doubt be from Five Star Ford of North Rihland Hills.

My wife purchased a 2014 mustang from David Hyche earlier this year and today was the vehicle's first oil change. The guys in the shop found a non repairable puncture in one of the tires, and informed my wife that it wasn't covered by our plan. After she called me and we talked to David and Scott Wilson in service, he explained why it wasn't covered and what we can do to make sure we are covered in the future. These guys are top notch when it comes to taking care of the customer even when the customer isn't covered. The professionalism and honesty is great. Thank you to Scott Wilson and David Hyche for everything, My wife and I will definitely be back for service and for that truck I have had my eyes on.
