Came down for a look at the Nissan Titan liked it but was worried about fuel costs. As I was about to leave asked about a SUV Honda Pilot and really loved it. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!! I came in after seeing the vehicle online, on arrival the said vehicle wasnt on the lot,so i walked inside showroom.immediately sales had vehicle brought up and i went for test drive. I really liked Scott ou said vehicle wasnt on the lot,so i walked inside showroom.immediately sales had vehicle brought up and i went for test drive. I really liked Scott our salesman he answered all questions and concerns, very polite and understanding to my finacial restrictions. Now during price negotions is where i reviewed the lowest it took several attempts before the price was settled but end result i drove away in great vehicle happy n worry free. More

Scott Witt sold me my first car and I didn't hesitate to call him again when my husband wanted to trade in his van. I called Scott Witt, and told him what I needed in a vehicle and what payment I could affo call him again when my husband wanted to trade in his van. I called Scott Witt, and told him what I needed in a vehicle and what payment I could afford. He called and had found me a new vechile and one that I could afford. I was late for my appointment and he was busy with another customer. The staff let him know I was here. He came out and informed me how long he would be. The manager, Nick Simmons came out and offered us drinks. Other sales employees stoped to see if we needed anything. The car exceeds our expectation. We got a call from the dealership giving us a name and number to call if there was any problems. I liked how we were treated and I will come back when I need another vehicle. I am pleased with my experience at Gates Nissan in Richmond Kentucky. Scott Witt went above and beyond to help with my purchase. He was very professional. We were really pleased buying our new vehicle at Gates Nissan. As soon as we contacted the dealer via telephone we received an extraordinary customer service from the receptionist. We live in Lexington b Nissan. As soon as we contacted the dealer via telephone we received an extraordinary customer service from the receptionist. We live in Lexington but decided to go to Richmond because we read lots of excellent reviews about this dealer on internet, also because we thought we could compare the vehicle we wanted at the same dealer in two opposite colors; black and white Murano Platinum edition. When I called the first and only time I was looking for Mr. Scott Witt because he had a lot of great reviews on internet. It was early in the morning of a Monday when I called and he was busy but the receptionist, Katie Watkins, suggested me to speak with the Executive Manager, Nick Simmons. I explained to him that I was looking for a black and a white Nissan Murano Platinum they had posted on the web site and asked him if they had them still available there. He confirmed me they were at the dealer and he planned to have them ready at the front door for me to compare them the same day. My wife and I took time off from work to go there that same afternoon, but what a surprise and not a good one when we got there; the white Murano was never there as Mr. Simmons said over the phone. He sincerely apologized for it and assured us that he will have a white one if we wanted to. To be honest, I was disappointed at first because we went from Lexington to Richmond thinking we could see both Murano Platinum at the same time. However, due to the way they all received and treated us that day we decided to buy there. They turned a bad start into a pleasant experience. At the front door Mr. Barry Fisher was the first nice staff, he opened the door and welcomed us with a big smile; Mr. Simmons came immediately to the front door as well, and Mr. Witt came as soon he knew we were at the front door and wasted no time to make us feel comfortable at the dealer, he even offered us something to drink right away, and before we step it the store, we had our bottles of water. He also apologized over and over because they didn’t have the white one. Again, because of this welcoming, that disappointment feeling disappeared from my mind. The idea of comparing the two vehicles was not longer an issue and it was not necessary to bring a white vehicle; we loved the black one and made the deal on it. Our sales person was Mr. Scott Witt, with whom we spent a pleasant time during the whole purchase’s process. He was really knowledgeable and explained every question we had. He was very patient and made sure we had every question answered. The overall experience at Gates Nissan on Richmond was fantastic! Everyone was very kind, helpful and friendly. We felt no pressure at all; we liked this. The experience was beyond our expectations. We had spent at least a month going to different dealers for more than three times to each one at least but at Gates; we went only once and left with our vehicle the same day. Excellent job team Gates! Note: I did not scored 5 on price because the interest rates on the loan are well over the market. I still don't fill good about it. Our credit scores are excellent; they are well over 800, but still they gave us an APR of 4.49%. I accepted a small loan that I plan to pay off as soon as I receive my first statement. More

This was our first time buying a brand new car and we had contacted many other Nissan dealers along with Gates and Gates just seemed to have the more friendly salesman that didn't try to fill you full of cra contacted many other Nissan dealers along with Gates and Gates just seemed to have the more friendly salesman that didn't try to fill you full of crap and had the best selection for what particular car we wanted. We had an awesome experience and woud recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a new Nissan. Thanks again for the great experience and hospitality. More

I had an overall great experiance working with Scott Witt. He was not pushy at all and that makes a huge difference when buying a car.
