After the deal was already made, we could not pick up the vehicle until the next day. Even though Mr. Rice was on a scheduled day off he met us at the dealership to deliver the truck to us. We considered that going way above and beyond and it was very much appreciated. We live in Oklahoma and drove nearly 100 miles in order to purchase a truck from them, even though we have a Chevrolet/GMC dealership in our city. We would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends or family.
