We are a month and 3 days past the purchase of the car and because of the wrong VIN number being put on all the paperwork, signing and resigning and lost (in their office) trade in title signatures, we st and because of the wrong VIN number being put on all the paperwork, signing and resigning and lost (in their office) trade in title signatures, we still have not been able to title the car or get the trade in out of our name. Not sure how this happens, but this has been a very big inconvenience and has created insurance issues that doesn't seem to be an issue with the dealership. We just wait for the newest email asking us to sign yet another paper! More

I bought a car in October. It was raining when I picked it up but in less than 10 minutes I saw dent on back that was not there when I bought it. Salesman x2 also said it went and thought it happened in service. I also left without paying for car and was honest and called back. At my expense I got cashiers check and overnighted it. I was promised tank of gas or reimbursement when I came in for replacement of window motor ( that made me uncomfortably drive two hours to repair on a cold day)and they would address the dent. I got nothing!! They ignored dent and conveniently pushed me to service and no contact from sales. I love my car but have to say it hurts my heart every time I look at that dent this was my bucket list gift to myself. . Would I recommend your dealership… at this point ….no. Do I think a sales manager should personally contact me… Yes. I covered your sales team and have to say the story is great that I left with a $38,000 used car that I didn’t pay for. Wonder how long it would have taken to catch and at what at expense to you had I not been honest. More

Fantastic never let me down when I need them the most they got my back, the only thing is they need keep for rental cars or loaner car so in case have to drop off but other then that everything else is p they got my back, the only thing is they need keep for rental cars or loaner car so in case have to drop off but other then that everything else is perfect keep up!! Jul 22, 2024 came in at 730am for car service but I ended up trade it and left at almost 4pm , I traded my car I don't want head and worried due to I work in STL and I live in IL I leave my home at 430am st up trade it and left at almost 4pm , I traded my car I don't want head and worried due to I work in STL and I live in IL I leave my home at 430am still dark and come home late at night ,but first day I took the car home the rear right tired already has damage, and something hanging in the middle of the car under , Lucky Eric kind enough to replace it w/out charging me . the process it was average. The car I traded in is Audi Q3 2.OT quattro prestige SUV AWD 4 cyl. 2 turbocharged it has 78 miles ,has BOSS speakers , has new 4 tires from Sept 2023, has new battery from Jun 2024, I kept the history of the vehicle each time I go to the garage . I got an offered of 10k. I am sure you will get more than what you offered from me . the only I noticed this car has no info , I mean you look for a car has info on the window such as mileage, stock # color , transmission and comfort equipment and accessories. Your staff is very professional, friendly . More
