Sean deserves an A+ for helping me get the car I wanted and never tried to push me. I've had multiple car buying experiences in the past and this was by far the best. If you're looking for an amazing car and not getting played with this is definitely the dealership for you. I also dealt with Phi on service with my previous car and he was always attentive and helped me out immensely. More

I did a great deal of research ahead of time and dealt with a number of Mercedes Dealerships before going in to Flagship. I started with the Mercedes Benz website and company websites to find out the promotions and I had each dealership put in writing the deal that we agreed to. Many other dealers would either not put the agreement in an email or the deal kept changing. But, the deal was the deal with Flagship. Lily, who managed the internet portion, was exceptional. She turned me over to Sean Bresnahan and he was the best. Sean handled the trade in, of my old Mercedes, and the lease of my new Mercedes incredibly well. I strongly recommend them. More
