Outstanding salesmanship I happened to see an advertised car on the website at Flagship Motorcars that I was interested in last Friday night. Saturday morning after work, I t I happened to see an advertised car on the website at Flagship Motorcars that I was interested in last Friday night. Saturday morning after work, I take the hour drive to Lynnfield from Portsmouth. I was then informed that the car I was interested was no longer available. "Of course" I say to myself. The staff then introduced me to Sean. He was already fighting an uphill battle since my mindset was I had driven down for nothing. I was a bit testy when I expressed to Sean what I had come down for and I didn't see how we were going to get anywhere. To Sean's credit, he handled me perfectly. He listened, was empathetic to my frustration, then proceed to start offering alternatives that might fit my needs. I was very firm in what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. At no point did he get frustrated and try to talk me into anything, nor did he play any games with the numbers. He respected that I was in the finance field and honored my approach to negotiating. In summary, all I can say is that I did not expect to purchase a vehicle when first introduced to Sean. But less than hour later, I had agreed to a deal that I was pleased with. And 5 days later, not a single thread of buyers remorse. I will actually go so far as saying that purchasing a car at Flagship Motors with Sean Bresnahan has been the most rewarding car buying experience I've ever had. More

After going to several dealerships in the area, we arrived at Flagship Motors in Lynnfield. We met with Sean Bresnahan and he took my entire family out for a test drive. My wife loved the car. Sean went through all the bells and whistles the car had. What impressed us was his effort in making sure we were happy with our choice and the service we were getting from the dealership. He also made sure we were happy post purchase by emailing us to check in and see how we liked the car. Sean helped order roof racks for us and delivered them to our house. As someone who has dealt with sales people across industries, we appreciated that Sean wasn't pushy but was patient and let us make all the decisions regarding the purchase.
