3.5 hrs to change oil with appointment. To get the appointment it took about a month. They must schedule better. Changing oil should not be more than 30 minutes. Specially with appointment. More

I'm sorry to hear that the service on your vehicle took so long. 3.5 hours is excessive, especially with an appointment. We do find that most appointments scheduled for maintenance have additional items added when the vehicle arrives, items such as service bulletins, software updates, etc. I'm not sure if this was true in your case, but these items do add extra time. either way, the service advisor should have kept you apprised of the time needed to service the vehicle. Again, my apologies if this was not the case, and I hope we can make it up to you on your next visit. Thank you, Sean Callahan, General Manager
