After reviewing your paperwork, you were due for the trans fluid (according to your vehicle diagnostic) and the item was approved by you prior to the work being performed. Our service department does not proceed with recommended work, unless approved by the vehicle owner.

With respect, It was approved by me because im the one who walked in stating i needed trans fluid after assuming i did because my engine oil light was on. I was told no codes or anything wrong came back after diagnostic. The engine oil light was still on after the trans fluid was changed. Took it to jiffy the next day and they also did a diagnostic and checked fluids and realized all it needed was resetting. A code actually came back during their diagnostic but had nothing to do with transmission or fluid. They also informed me that my vehicle would have let me know if i need the trans fluid just as it was saying for engine oil. And also engine oil and trans fluid are two different things which i learned through jiffy. No one said a thing as stated before but they did approve my request to change the trans fluid immediately. Without checking first if i even needed it!
