Sean was very kind and respectful during the entire purchase process. While we were test driving other cars he was very patient and never pushed us or sent continuous emails. There were few items to be taken care on the vehicle (we bought a service loaner) after the sale. Sean promised that he will take care of those things after the sale and as promised he followed up with me on the following day and made arrangements. Sean Clemons our sales consultant was so thoughtful he started the car up and had it warm and toasty waiting for us to get there. He was extremely knowledgeable and the experience was nothing like your normal car lot. I.E, no goons stalking the lot! Also, Cody Rogers who works in the new car division was super gracious and helped us with water and more detailed information on the car which compelled us to buy the car. Finally, Avery in the finance department Was an absolute joy to work with. This may sound a little strange but my wife, Avery and I talked about philosophy and various inspirational books to read. Not a normal discussion you would have at a car lot, but made the experience even better! More
