She had spent many months saving for her down payment and researching vehicles that matched her criteria for a car. She narrowed her choices down and finally went out to look at the cars about two months ago. Even then, Ferguson came out ahead as a dealership. She had a list of questions that they answered without any hesitation. From warranties to battery performance to service; they had the answers and not once did they pressure her to move up her timeline to purchase. They were always respectful of her time and it was a "no brainer" when it came time for her to make the purchase. She was really nervous about qualifying for financing, but the Arturo did a great job in walking her through the process and she got a very good rate (especially for a first-time buyer) with payments that fell right in-line with her budget. Sean made sure the car was in perfect shape when she picked it up and the Service department did a wonderful job in making sure it was ready to go. Arturo was also really helpful in getting me on the right finance plan and making sure I understood everything that went along with the financing and the warranties and service plans that came with the car. Going to Ferguson was probably the best decision I could have made for buying my car because they are so customer focused and want to make sure that the customer is comfortable and happy with every step of the process. They sell cars the way every dealership should sell in my opinion. I highly recommend going through Ferguson. More

If I could have I would have given them 10 stars. I had went to multiple dealerships in the area and Ferguson was the most helpful by far. They have great prices and they don't try to cheat or hide anything from you. They are up front with you and straight to the point. As most of you may know car salesman have a bad reputation but let me tell you the one I had was far from any negative stereotype you could think of. Sean Clemons was everything you could ask for in a car salesman. He was not pushy at all, very laid back, sooooooo helpful, great personality, caring, personable, and wants nothing but the best for you. He is more than willing to help or answer any questions after your purchase. I would give him 20 stars without a doubt.
