I found a used car I was looking for online and called the dealership. Pedro Neris took it from there. He gave me the information I requested, sent a video tour of the car just for me. After a review of the CarFax, I sent a deposit to Derrick in the finance department. A few days later, Pedro met me at the airport when I flew to Tulsa for a test ride and check of the vehicle. The vehicle was just as Pedro said it was. Sean helped me with the purchase paperwork and the extended warranty. A very positive experience all around. Thanks Pedro, Derrick, and Sean. More
