I’m disabled and they go to great lengths to make the process easy for me and are extremely fair and upfront with the pricing. Juan is a rock star. He drove the car from the dealership to my house personally, so I would not have to suffer in pain. He is an outstanding young man. Maus Nissan of Brooksville has lifelong customers in us. More

Sales reps were good to deal with. Not such a good experience with the vehicle I bought. I purchased a used vehicle that had a check engine light come on the day i purchased and has be Not such a good experience with the vehicle I bought. I purchased a used vehicle that had a check engine light come on the day i purchased and has been at the shop every day since I have bought it. Day one they claimed it was a misfire and replaced all spark plugs. That day was unsuccessful. Day two same issue, returned it to the service center and claimed it needed an adjustment and additive. Also unsuccessful. Day three, now I’m not happy. Claims to be a few codes and need to keep the truck while they give me a loaner. All and all, I’m not very satisfied with the supposed 106 point inspection that was claimed to be done when I bought the truck. Not a good experience thus far and only having the vehicle 5 days. More
