Kristian in service was professional and courteous. Explained the details of our service and suggested other services that might be needed at this time. Offered to show us a new Rogue and worked with us throughout the process. We did not come to the dealership to purchase a new car. We were there for service on our existing leased vehicle. However, Daniel is a good salesman. No high pressure and very personable. He continued to work with the finance person to help us reach our goal. He gave us plenty of time to talk to each other to decide if we wanted to buy a car that day. He even offered to follow us home to get the check needed to complete the transaction. That’s going the extra “mile”to get the deal done. When at the house, he offered to link the garage door opener and my phone to the vehicle. This was a great sales experience. More

How can you charge me for a fabric and paint protection service that apparently was applied over a dirty vehicle. Not a fan of this practice. Two rather large stains in the carpet in the passenger area, did you just scotch guard over that? More
