I must say I've now gone from disappointed to very disappointed with my experience at Tenvoorde and will not be shy in sharing my experience. The military discount is something I asked about multip disappointed with my experience at Tenvoorde and will not be shy in sharing my experience. The military discount is something I asked about multiple times when buying both with sales and in the finance office. I should have been told before committing to a purchase that it was not compatible with discounts being applied on my lease. Unfortunately this was not conveyed until nearly a month after the sale. I know it is Ford's program but at this point it seems fair for the dealership to absorb that mistake. That was the latest disappointment on top of the lack of follow up to get the discount code from me (the finance manager never filled up when the receptionist didn't pass it along). Next, people that couldn't help me when the truck didn't want to fast charge the first time I was back at the lot after making a dedicated 20 minute drive in to do so. Lastly, during the initial negotiation I was misled into believing we would be discussing the final price in the finance office only to be told what the salesman discussed was the best that could be done (not a penny from the dealer). I could have easily gone down to Plymouth and gotten a truck worth at least $2,000 more for the same price but wanted to do business with Tenvoorde, unfortunately I was not rewarded for that loyalty.
