Lithia does not pay off your entire trade in. For the 1st time in my life I traded in a car and PAID THE BALANCE TO THE BANK 3 WEEKS LATER OF $304.65. I was told by Ken my finance person that Lit For the 1st time in my life I traded in a car and PAID THE BALANCE TO THE BANK 3 WEEKS LATER OF $304.65. I was told by Ken my finance person that Lithia does not pay for variances in the payoff and they only go by estimates. I was never contacted by Lithia. I found out I had a balance from my credit union. Ken advised me to speak to my sales person that he would explain why they would not pay the remaining balance. The credit union I use stated this was the fist time they have every heard of this. So folks do your homework. Lithia does not verify balances owed on your trade in and YOU are responsible for what they do not pay. I only gave 1 star because YOU CAN NOT POST UNLESS YOU CHOOSE 1 STAR.. More
