We needed a new tire, contacted the dealership, they confirmed they had one available and scheduled the appointment. After we dropped the car off, we received a call later saying they actually don’t hav confirmed they had one available and scheduled the appointment. After we dropped the car off, we received a call later saying they actually don’t have the tire in stock and won’t get it until Monday. We were given the option to pick up the vehicle with the donut on (because they couldn’t put the old tire back on as they removed the nail and realized they didn’t have the new tire) or wait until Monday to pick it up after the new tire arrives. By midday Monday, we had not heard from anyone. Both my husband and I called to check what the status was and when someone finally called back, they said that the tire we need is on backorder and they would try to find one that afternoon. Fortunately, they were able to find one and we picked up our car but the hassle in between seemed unnecessary and was very frustrating. More
