This is the second time using VW services for my 2022 Taos and it was the same as the first but I don't know which is worst at this point. The first one, I set up an appointment for a new tire because Taos and it was the same as the first but I don't know which is worst at this point. The first one, I set up an appointment for a new tire because I hit a pot hole and 2 hours after I arrive they said they didn't have my tire in stock and I'll be leaving in a loaner. This time was my 20k maintenence and I had been having problems with 2 tires leaking air, I asked them to look at them for me to see if they're patchable, if they're not, I'm open to looking at new tires but not the OEMs. Just not a fan, having too many problems within the first year. To make a long story short, they offered me the OEMs, I said no, then they checked "somewhere else" where they found some other I'll options they they couldn't see before. 2 hours later, I find out, I'm leaving in a loaner because they were looking at the wrong size tire. The next day, I was told I don't qualify for the tire special they offered me the day before because the tire was not in stock. The end result was them patching a tire and using the warranty on the other tire from the pot hole incident. On pick up, I noticed that my oil was not reset and on the way to work the next day, I get a light to reduce engine oil. 🤦🏿‍♂️ I just don't feel like they care to make it right for the inconvenience to the customer at all. I will try another location for my next service which sucks, because I like to go to where I purchased the vehicle. Some places make you pay for the loaner if you didn't buy from them, which happened to be with my last vehicle different manufacturer. More
