Got a tune up. A couple days later the truck bogged down. I thought it was going to die on me so I limped it into a Chevy dealer in Sycamore IL. They couldn’t look at it right away so I had to leave it over the weekend. I needed a vehicle for work, so I rented a car at the nearest place, which was St Charles IL. That dealer was nice enough to give me a ride to St Charles from Sycamore. That Monday they discovered one of the spark plug wires has come loose. Obviously it was not fastened properly when the tune up was done. It cost me $450.00 plus too much of my time dealing with it. I called and had to leave a message on the Tasca voice mail. I did not get a call back so I went into Tasca (1 1/2 hrs from my house). I talked to Justin and gave him the the documentation that he put on his managers desk. Still I did not get a call back. I called and left another message directly on Sean (service manager) voice mail. And still I have not received a call back. More

Worst experience ever! I got a flat tire and took it to Tasca to hopefully get repaired. When I pulled up, a service worker did come out and greet me, but never took my nam I got a flat tire and took it to Tasca to hopefully get repaired. When I pulled up, a service worker did come out and greet me, but never took my name or phone number. He asked me the issue and then asked me to sit down and wait for the service girl to call me over. In the meantime, I went to the show room to even possibly discuss with someone about trading in my car for a new one. The salesperson they gave me had literally no idea what was going on. In fact, as I was talking to her, it was apparent that I knew more about the specific car that I was looking at then she did. Discouraged, I walked back to Service where I was told that I could get a ride home and somebody would call me later if I was willing to leave my car overnight. I got dropped off at home and never got a phone call. Instead, I got a text message with a link to a 25 point inspection that they did on my car with all of the things that they suggested that I fix with a very large total amount on the bottom. But, no total for fixing the flat tire. Tried calling to talk to somebody and nobody answered. The next morning, my husband called as soon as Service opened to address everything, and Ryan Fork was extremely rude, so we just told them to put the spare on and I would come and pick up the car. Even though this dealership is down the street from my house. I will never be returning there for service, and I will never be buying a car from Tasca. More

Felt unduly upcharged. Neither I, nor my friend, nor any of our other family, friends, or associates will ever receive positive recommendations from us ever again.Kudos to Bobby,I assumed to be the sales manager for his hospitality. The people are very friendly, and are willing to answer any question I have. They even pointed out a warrantied repair on my vehicle that I was unaware of.
