I got a GREAT pre-owned F250 Super Duty at a GREAT price! Wall's staff has been fantastic from day one on every level, and the Service professionals di a fantastic job on all of it's regular maintenance. Routine Maintenance I had my Edge in for service, and I normally wait. Service found 3 problems which I discussed with Sean. The decision was made to fix what was found a I had my Edge in for service, and I normally wait. Service found 3 problems which I discussed with Sean. The decision was made to fix what was found and that it would take some time. Sean offered me a ride home. When the repairs were finished I said that I would pick up the car. I asked if I could leave my truck there overnight because it was to be serviced in 2 days. We did the switch got a call soon after that my truck was done so I said I would pick it up the next morning. The quick service I got allowed me to reschedule some Dr. appointment before any further restriction were placed. THANKS More

Corona virus plan B I love working with Derek, Steve and Sean. It was great being able to keep my spending local. I needed the work done but with the virus I step out f I love working with Derek, Steve and Sean. It was great being able to keep my spending local. I needed the work done but with the virus I step out for a walk by myself only!. The convenience of pick up and drop off was a monumental idea.but no surprise coming from you guys. I only ask that the folks working are compensated for going above and beyond for their service during these tough times. I am sure their families would rather have them home! Thanks again. Excellent Experience Went to Wall's for the first time because my old dealership is closing and the service manager at the old place recommended Wall's (he lives near ther Went to Wall's for the first time because my old dealership is closing and the service manager at the old place recommended Wall's (he lives near there). Had an excellent experience. Waited on right away by Sean who was friendly, polite and efficient. He noted I had an outstanding recall (oops, customer satisfaction notice) so I got that done as well as the service I asked for. He showed me to the waiting room, said it would be about an hour and it was slightly less which is always nice. Showed me the bill, there were no surprises, took me to the checkout counter and I was all set. Place is clean, large and airy. Nice selection of cars on the lot. I'm not buying but I always like to look. By coincidence my neighbor took delivery on a new car (EcoSport) middle of last week and they are very happy with the sales experience. I will go back. More
