Test drove a Honda Pilot on Monday came up to buy it on Tuesday. Honda North dropped the advertised price by $500 between Monday and Tuesday and charged the prior price. I've been taken for $500. Thank you Honda North! After a very nice response Honda North does nothing to follow up. All rhetoric and nothing done. More

Dishonest salesman take advantage of woman I made a 9am appointment today, 8/6/20, to test drive a White 2015 CRV ex-l. This vehicle was brand new to lot and was going through the inspection pr I made a 9am appointment today, 8/6/20, to test drive a White 2015 CRV ex-l. This vehicle was brand new to lot and was going through the inspection process, I was told, they were hoping it would be through inspection process for me to test drive. When I arrived I was assigned to Salesman Sean Geyer, his first words were "The White CRV is not available, its been SOLD"... I said SOLD! I was told it wasn't ready yet and I would be the first. He then retracted and said "Oh I mean we cannot sell it it did not pass inspection' I test drove one that I wasn't thrilled with but I would settle. He went to get the Carfax on the vehicle, I walked around the lot. The same CRV he said wasn't able to sell was parked around the corner with a SOLD sign on on it and his name. Lies and dishonestly, typical salesman. I was a repeat customer. Never again. More

When it was time for me to pu The only reason I choose Honda North as a dealership is because of the individuals in the sales and service department. When it was time for me to purchase a new vehicle, I could very easily have gone to another local dealership. However, I have come to learn that the the Service Department is awesome and I feel one would be hard pressed to find another like it. All of the Service Advisors are excellent, but one stands out in my mind - and that is Vic Gillespie. He is attentive, patient, and honest about as to what needs to be done regarding the service of our vehicles. He is definitely an asset to Honda North! When it was time for me to purchase a new vehicle I did so at Honda North, again, for the service I knew I would receive. I was referred to Sean Geyer, a sales representative with Honda North. One could not ask for a better experience. Sean listened to my needs and to how much I could afford for a new vehicle. He showed me some pre-owned vehicles and new vehicles. I chose a 2019 CRV (to replace my older CRV) and he made every effort to bring the cost down to what I could comfortably afford monthly. He was patient, a good listener, and did not pressure me one bit at all. I did not feel as if he was forcing me to purchase a vehicle from Honda North. It was a great experience. Honda North should be proud of their employees for the professionalism! More
