Traded in my vehicle, and purchased a used, Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealer. The vehicle I purchased was only 1 year old and low miles. However, it was back in the shop within 2 hours of dri Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealer. The vehicle I purchased was only 1 year old and low miles. However, it was back in the shop within 2 hours of driving it away from the lot, with major issues which warranted the vehicle not usable. Luckily it is still covered under factory warranty. When the service department (at a different dealer) plugged in the code reader to diagnose, it showed 23 error codes. So the dealership I purchased the vehicle from never "checked" the vehicle prior to listing for sale, or they did check it but went ahead and put it on the lot without running through the service dept. Also, the "cleaning/detailing" of the vehicle once purchased was a joke. Little to no effort or time was put into "detailing" the vehicle as they said they would once I purchased it. Not to mention the whole back-and-forth car salesman games that I said I did not want to participate in, but they went ahead and played those games anyways. More
