Brought my gmc terrain in for service originally. Was going to be a covered repair. Spent some time looking at the new and used vehicles on the lot while I was waiting for my wife to pick me up. I was ap going to be a covered repair. Spent some time looking at the new and used vehicles on the lot while I was waiting for my wife to pick me up. I was approached by Sean, which happens to be my name as well. We began discussing one of the new/used suvs. My wife arrived and also took interest in the vehicle. Things went so well and smoothly during discussions that instead of leaving with my repaired car, found myself leaving in a new car. All who were apart of this transaction did an outstanding job. Even the gentleman in charge of the service department Toby was most helpfull with the repair process. More

This was my 5th car purchased from Dick Norris over the years. This was the first one from their Clw. store. I buy used, and I don't even bother looking anywhere else anymore when in the market for a car years. This was the first one from their Clw. store. I buy used, and I don't even bother looking anywhere else anymore when in the market for a car. They far exceed any other dealer in selection and quality of used car inventory. Couple that with competitive pricing and nobody else can beat them. I found a car online at the Clw. store that I was very interested in, so I gave Sean a call. I knew him from having checked out a car on the Clw. lot before and he was very personable, so thought I'd do business with him again. He is great to work with and I honestly felt that he did his best to get me the best price. That meant alot as I was on a tight budget. Mike in the business office was great too. Watching him sign his rather unique signature over and over was kind of fun. I don't anticipate ever buying a car anywhere else. More

I am 70+ years old, have bought a dozen-or-so cars over the years. Of all my "buys," my experience with Dick Norris Buick and salesman Sean Hamza was one of the best. Sean was attentive without being pus the years. Of all my "buys," my experience with Dick Norris Buick and salesman Sean Hamza was one of the best. Sean was attentive without being pushy, and I got the impression from the outset that he was honest, even though clearly interested in making a sale. I think he went to bat for me with management and that I got a decent price for what I wanted. In several prior sales in the past, I've left with the impression that I had been "taken," and have walked out of more than one showroom. There was none of that feeling here: it was a good experience that turned out well. More

This was my first time dealing with Dick Norris(Clearwater) and the experience was excellent. While in the lot we were approached by Sean Hazma. He was very professional and helpful withou Norris(Clearwater) and the experience was excellent. While in the lot we were approached by Sean Hazma. He was very professional and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. He was very knowledgable and more then willing to assist us in finding the right vehicle. I had the best car buying experience that I have ever had and I have brought several cars from dealers. I went online to look for cars and saw a nice Ford Focus at Dick Norris Clearwater. It looked great and and I have brought several cars from dealers. I went online to look for cars and saw a nice Ford Focus at Dick Norris Clearwater. It looked great and it was priced very well. I called and spoke to Dan Small, I asked if the car was still available and he said yes it was and asked if I would like to come see it. I said yes and he told me that he would pull it around for me. When my son and I got there we saw the Focus. We were greeted by Sean Hamza, he was very nice and asked if we wanted to go for a test ride. We did and I feel in love with the car. When we got back to the lot we went into Mr. Hamza's office and he was so nice. He offered us coffee and even snacks from his personal goodie bag. We started talking numbers and luckily I came perpared with all the things that were needed to buy a car so everything went so smooth. So before I knew it I was the proud and very excited new car owner. I have to say that everyone at Dick Norris Buick Clearwater were so nice and helpful, especially Mr. Hamza. My fiance and I went into the dealship with the idea of purchasing a new GMC Terrain. Dick Norris was recommended to me by a friend and I can see why. When we pulled into the dealership, we were greeted by purchasing a new GMC Terrain. Dick Norris was recommended to me by a friend and I can see why. When we pulled into the dealership, we were greeted by Jim and his friendly smile. He took us out for a test drive and of course we fell in love with the Terrain. However, we decided to keep going with our search and checked out 2 other dealerships with a couple other makes. Ultimately, we were unimpressed and went RIGHT BACK to Dick Norris. Unfortunately, Jim was working with another couple upon our return and we were introduced to Sean Hamza. Talk about helpful, he went above and beyond. Sean was very sensitive to our financial state and what we wanted to spend. He showed us a few other vehicles. We were so impressed with his knowledge of all (new and used) vehicles on the lot. I pointed out a Ford Edge and he explained everything from A to Z about the cars features and we took it for a little spin and within an hour, we drove off the lot in our new 2011 Ford Edge!! We are very happy with our purchase and thoroughly impressed with the customer service at Dick Norris. Thank you again to Doug, Dan, Jim and Sean- you guys ROCK!!!! More
