This dealership was not only honest, but gave me the price for my car that was honored over the phone. Sean was my salesman. He treated my husband and me like family. He is very professional and went over the car we purchased with a fine tooth comb, explaining all the knobs, and gadets. He even hooked up my phone and introduced us with on-star. YES AND YES I will be turning my car into this dealership when the time comes to purchase another car. Even the service center provided me with a beautiful car to drive while my car was serviced. More

Go To Other Dealerships I went to Sean at Dick Norris to trade in my existing GMC Sierra for a new Sierra. I was just looking to get the market value for my current truck, wh I went to Sean at Dick Norris to trade in my existing GMC Sierra for a new Sierra. I was just looking to get the market value for my current truck, which was in great shape and had many upgrades to it. However was being offered approximately $1800 less. One of the reasons provided for the low-ball offer was that I had a small chip in the windshield, which I had fixed the following day (which the repair guy advised his company - Safelite - only charges dealerships $60 to fix) - but the trade-in offer remained the same. At this point, neither Sean or Dick Norris deserved a penny from me. Two days later, I went to another GMC dealership - and purchased the exact truck after receiving fair market value for my trade. Very easy, very smooth, very fair. Bottom line, there are too many other GMC dealerships available to not accept being treated fairly. I found a closer dealership, was treated a heck of a lot better, and saved $1800! Do the same for yourself. More

Great place to do business with I worked with Sean Hamza directly for a used vehicle (2015 Ford F150 Lariat.) I am located about three hours north of the Clearwater lot. Sean worked with me over the phone to obtain all necessary documents. I literally showed up to the dealership, looked over the truck, test drove it, handed them a check and signed the paperwork. This all took less than 45 minutes. The description and pictures were extremely detailed and accurate. No surprises when I showed up. VIP treatment! By far the easiest vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. I searched all over the state for a low mileage, used 2015-2016 F150 Lariat 4X4 with very specific options. I am glad I found it at Dick Norris Buick GMC. I plan to return when my wife is ready for a new Yukon. More

Excellent & courteous service I had purchased a 2016 Buick Regal from the dealership and the two times I have brought the vehicle in for two scheduled maintenence oil change rotate I had purchased a 2016 Buick Regal from the dealership and the two times I have brought the vehicle in for two scheduled maintenence oil change rotate tires overall car check it has been great!!!. Especially sine the latest service I had some paint scratches caused by some other car 🚗 by parking at a business. I also caused some paint swirls when trying to remove dried bird droppings, Not only did the service tech take time to look and determine a few ways to repair the damage at minimal cost to me ,they exceeded my expectations and were able to repair the damage to a new car finish at a very low cost without having to send the car out to the body shop. Thanks again Dick Norris and my service tech Jack and all the service techs. More
