My Experience from the service department (Jack) to the sales team (Sean) to (Allen) in Finance. They were professionals each and everyone. Most of us have been to a dealership when you leave it put a bad taste in your mouth. Just visit Dick Norris in Clearwater it was great from start to finish. By the way they added a insurance dept for easy quotes in minutes. $$ Savings! And i did drive off in the beautiful 2017 Denali yesterday. More

Sean Hamza made car buying a joy. We had been waiting for the 2017 Encore's to come out. We went to the car lot on Sunday to check them out and came back on Monday for a test drive. There weren't any available in the color we wanted and we were not sure if we wanted the moon roof or not. After sitting down with Sean he said he had found one with and one without the moon roof. He never tried to sell us on one or the other note did he ever trie to pressure us into making a choice. He gave all the information we needed and was very patient with us. I have walked away from dealerships because of the pressure to buy. I am very thankful for the way Sean treated us and for giving us the time to make the correct decision for us. Because of Sean I am extreamly satisfied with my final choice. Next time I am in the market for a car I will go to Sean. More
