Our family came to the dealership at closing time on Saturday evening. Everyone was going home for the night, and Sean was nice enough to speak to us. We asked him a few questions about a used van and Saturday evening. Everyone was going home for the night, and Sean was nice enough to speak to us. If he would not have spent that little extra time with us on Saturday when the dealership was closing, we most likely would have bought our vehicle somewhere else. Great experience with this dealership! I told Sean right off the bat that i didn't want to be high pressured, and that i wanted to test drive a few cars. One of those cars was on his lot, a 350z. The Finance manager also took his time with me to explain every document I was signing and the terms of my purchase. I did not feel at all rushed and Sean never made me feel like I was being rushed or that hard sale feeling that I have gotten at other dealerships. He never asked to speak to my husband and was very conscientious about making me feel comfortable while visiting the Dick Norris Buick GMC showroom. I have been helping my grandson, who is in school and working evenings, look for a truck. I have been insulted by several dealerships who don’t think a woman is capable of buying a car or truck. It was certainly nice to talk to a sales consultant who was willing to help me. My daughter was looking at the ads this morning and saw just the truck for my grandson. She was lucky to have Sean answer the phone when she called. He got the paperwork and truck ready for her and we were driving it home after only two hours in the showroom. If you know the vehicle that you want, and don’t want to go through the ordeal of searching lots all over the county, see Sean Hamza. He will give you the best deal, save you time and have all the paperwork ready for you. (You would think I was his mother, but I just met him today. They didn't mess with let me go ask and see. It was just this is what I can do for you! It was I can get you a better intrest rate than your credit union. I dread going to dealerships as a woman, so I call and give my specifics and ask to have the bottom line and car ready when I get there. Sean was able to do that for me. He made it a good experince instead of what I usually encounter that takes hours. Thanks Sean! My son was very excited to see his first set of wheels. More
