We have been in the market now for a month and the BIG difference was selection. They had several YUKON and DENALI models on the lot to test drive and choose from - nobody in the area had such a great selection. Sean was very accommodating as well up front with his ability to negotiate an already incredible price on a 2012 Ford F150. He contacted Ford directly and offered for us to use his computer for research while he spoke with management on our offer. He quickly came back and within minutes we reached a deal we were both pleased with. We met in the middle and we could not be happier with our Ford F150. It was our first Ford as we have always owned Chevrolets, however this is an excellent surprise with how great of a vehicle this is as well. We bought a GMC Yukon XL from Dick Norris four years ago and had such a great experience that we returned. With our loyalty and Sean's excellent service we were very pleased to return to purchase another vehicle. Sean was an amazing and respectful gentleman the entire time. The process was well after hours and he stayed with us till the very last minute of leaving. Upon leaving he realized the gas was not full as the cars are normally and offered to go to the gas station and ensure the car had gas. That is the ultimate in service and care that we have always experienced at Dick Norris. Thank you very much for making this a wonderful experience!! More

Brought my gmc terrain in for service originally. Was going to be a covered repair. Spent some time looking at the new and used vehicles on the lot while I was waiting for my wife to pick me up. Things went so well and smoothly during discussions that instead of leaving with my repaired car, found myself leaving in a new car. All who were apart of this transaction did an outstanding job. This was my 5th car purchased from Dick Norris over the years. This was the first one from their Clw. store. I buy used, and I don't even bother looking anywhere else anymore when in the market for a car years. This was the first one from their Clw. store. Couple that with competitive pricing and nobody else can beat them. I found a car online at the Clw. store that I was very interested in, so I gave Sean a call. I knew him from having checked out a car on the Clw. lot before and he was very personable, so thought I'd do business with him again. He is great to work with and I honestly felt that he did his best to get me the best price. That meant alot as I was on a tight budget. Mike in the business office was great too. Watching him sign his rather unique signature over and over was kind of fun. I don't anticipate ever buying a car anywhere else. More

Sean was attentive without being pushy, and I got the impression from the outset that he was honest, even though clearly interested in making a sale. I think he went to bat for me with management and that I got a decent price for what I wanted. In several prior sales in the past, I've left with the impression that I had been "taken," and have walked out of more than one showroom. There was none of that feeling here: it was a good experience that turned out well. More

I had the best car buying experience that I have ever had and I have brought several cars from dealers. I went online to look for cars and saw a nice Ford Focus at Dick Norris Clearwater. It looked great and and I have brought several cars from dealers. I went online to look for cars and saw a nice Ford Focus at Dick Norris Clearwater. It looked great and it was priced very well. I called and spoke to Dan Small, I asked if the car was still available and he said yes it was and asked if I would like to come see it. I said yes and he told me that he would pull it around for me. When my son and I got there we saw the Focus. We were greeted by Sean Hamza, he was very nice and asked if we wanted to go for a test ride. We did and I feel in love with the car. When we got back to the lot we went into Mr. Hamza's office and he was so nice. He offered us coffee and even snacks from his personal goodie bag. We started talking numbers and luckily I came perpared with all the things that were needed to buy a car so everything went so smooth. So before I knew it I was the proud and very excited new car owner. I have to say that everyone at Dick Norris Buick Clearwater were so nice and helpful, especially Mr. Hamza.
