I was surprised at the level of service I received. I've never enjoyed going to a dealership as it always seemed like a dealer was trying to upsell on stuff you didn't need. I had 3 recalls and they ha I've never enjoyed going to a dealership as it always seemed like a dealer was trying to upsell on stuff you didn't need. I had 3 recalls and they handled all in under two hours everyone I passed said hello. This makes we want to purchase my next truck at Suntrup. More

I would like to sincerely thank the service team and management for their outstanding support and professionalism. They have been a pleasure to work with throughout this process. There has been an ongoing issue with a cosmetic sunroof component, which appears to be more decorative than functional, and its original design has made it difficult to keep securely in place. Despite this, the service team has been consistently responsive, addressing the issue promptly each time it occurred. I truly appreciate their patience, persistence, and commitment to finding a lasting solution. It’s clear they have gone above and beyond, and I am grateful for their efforts. Being able to enjoy my sunroof again genuinely enhances my day and brings me a great deal of happiness. Thank you all for your dedication and excellent service. More

I’ve already shared my experience, but I’m still extremely frustrated that nothing has been resolved. I was contacted again to leave another review, yet I’m still dealing with the same issues and no extremely frustrated that nothing has been resolved. I was contacted again to leave another review, yet I’m still dealing with the same issues and no real support. Within weeks of purchasing my 2021 Nissan Rogue and putting $5,000 down, the vehicle began having problems, including starting issues, malfunction warnings, and failing emissions with an active fault code. I’ve now had to pay out of pocket for a battery, and I’m still left without answers or assistance. What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability. I’ve reached out and have not received any meaningful response or solution. Being asked to leave additional reviews before addressing the problem only adds to the frustration. More
