I am 73 years old. Always had Dodge Caravans or Pacifica and this is the BEST service I have ever experienced ! I was traveling on the interstate when a hot engine light came on. We hobbled into Pearl Chrysler. The service we received was amazing from the time we pulled in until we left. The van needed a new radiator. Blayne was incredible doing everything possible to get us back on the road. He secured a radiator and the technician Dillon stayed late to do the repair. Claude and James provided assistance. They all went beyond mt highest expectations! We were two seniors with three dogs. Everyone was so gracious. Making sure we were comfortable. Always keeping us informed. I cannot express how incredible their service and they’re graciousness They will always have my gratitude!! More

BUYER BEWARE! Typical used car saleman antics and shame on me for falling for it. I negotiated the deal over the phone since I was driving two hours to pick up Typical used car saleman antics and shame on me for falling for it. I negotiated the deal over the phone since I was driving two hours to pick up the jeep. Nick sold me ceramic coating and interior leather treatment. They only washed the car and there were still crumbs and dirt in the rear seat when I inspected the following day. I had multiple phone and text exchanges with Sean and Nick confirming the car came with two key fobs. When I got home to try the second set of keys it did not work. I had the key fob checked out at a local dealer and they confirmed that it needed to be replaced. When I had asked Nick, Sean, and Scott to send me a new key fob they refused. Scott had the audacity to ask me where in the sales agreement did it state they were selling me the car with two working keys fobs. If you want to feel like you were bait and switched and taken advantage of Pearl Jeep in Peotone is the best place to experience that. More
